had a great stay here, the staff were super nice and welcoming, the room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was really good with lots of options. got a free upgrade too which was cool! location is nice and quiet but still close to everything.

I stayed in a Privilege Room King Bed and it was surprisingly spacious. The bed was super comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. It had nice touches too, like a Nespresso machine and plenty of toiletries. The room felt a bit dated in some spots but was overall cozy. Really enjoyed having a sofa to relax on. Just wished the bath was a bit bigger—was a tad cramped for me. no major complaints about the room.

but the room was too hot at night and there was no air con. also, reception could have been quicker during check-in.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. the breakfast selection was lacking, with a poor variety and low stock that could use improvement to match the overall quality of the hotel experience.

The room was a fair size with all amenities, but the absence of air conditioning was a concern during the heatwave. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming, even offering a fan, which made a real difference. the decor in the reception and dining areas felt shabby, with noticeable dirt and bugs present while dining. the breakfast options were less than satisfactory, prompting us to seek a meal elsewhere. Attention to maintenance and cleaning would greatly enhance the experience here.

the mercure was a nice base for my trip, just 10 minutes from the train station. the staff were super friendly and really made me feel welcome, especially the manager. i enjoyed the comfy beds and a relaxing stay. A good breakfast buffet with plenty of choices.
