I stayed in a Privilege Room King Bed and it was surprisingly spacious. The bed was super comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. It had nice touches too, like a Nespresso machine and plenty of toiletries. The room felt a bit dated in some spots but was overall cozy. Really enjoyed having a sofa to relax on. Just wished the bath was a bit bigger—was a tad cramped for me. no major complaints about the room.

Recommended for a relaxed escape
The welcoming staff were a real highlight, always ready to help out even when the place was busy with functions. Plus, I got unexpectedly upgraded to a nice big room which made the stay feel a bit special.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly it was acceptable for what you get.

Great Experience with a Few Bumps
I had a wonderful stay with an unexpected upgrade to a spacious Junior Suite that really made my visit feel special. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. the breakfast selection was lacking, with a poor variety and low stock that could use improvement to match the overall quality of the hotel experience.

The room was a fair size with all amenities, but the absence of air conditioning was a concern during the heatwave. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming, even offering a fan, which made a real difference. the decor in the reception and dining areas felt shabby, with noticeable dirt and bugs present while dining. the breakfast options were less than satisfactory, prompting us to seek a meal elsewhere. Attention to maintenance and cleaning would greatly enhance the experience here.
